How to participate

Those who purchase the applicable product on the day of arrival (Tuesday evening, September 16 or later) at Tower Records Shinjuku Store 9F will receive an “autograph session ticket” for the number of tickets purchased on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to those who pre-order.

Customers with “autograph session ticket” can participate in the autograph session on the day of the event.

Tickets for the autograph session will be sold out as soon as all the tickets are gone.

Reservations can be made in-store, over the phone, or via the Tower Records website’s store reservation service. Store reservations can only be picked up at the store for the event (Shinjuku Store). Please note that this service is different from the delivery service to your home via Tower Records Online Reservations.
The floor for store reservations and phone calls is the 9th floor, and the floor for Tower Records website store reservations and pickup is the 10th floor. Please note that the floor for pre-order and pick-up on the Tower Records website is on the 10th floor.
